Immo Costamar Spain has been a specialized and experienced real estate agency for the Spanish market since 1976, representing the second generation of a family business. We focus primarily on the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.
We are licensed by the I.P.I. (Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents) under n°505 830. As the profession is regulated in Belgium, this protects the consumer who engages a professional.
Our office in Belgium is located in Liège. We work by appointment to personalize our meeting OR we can meet at your home if you prefer, anywhere in Belgium. This service is completely FREE and NO-OBLIGATION.

This applies within the framework of a PURCHASE or SALE in Spain.
This service is associated with legal aid should it prove useful (inheritance in Spain, urban planning issues, financial matters or debts, preparing a property for sale, etc.).
This consultation will allow us to answer your questions, introduce you to properties corresponding to your expectations, and explore the current real estate market within the budget you wish to devote to your investment. It will also cover all legal questions, such as:
- How does the purchasing process work?
- What are the costs related to the purchase?
- What are the annual costs for this type of property?
- How do I verify purchase operations? (Debts, origin of the property title, etc.)
- How do I finance my purchase?
- Mortgage loans, in Spain or in Belgium. What are the conditions?
- I need to sell a property to buy in Spain, how do I proceed?

Immo Costamar offers a CLIENT SERVICE department allowing you to fully enjoy your investment, including:
- A list of lawyers or assessors to accompany you during your purchase if you wish.
- Obtaining NIE numbers (foreigner identification numbers).
- Renting out your property and obtaining the tourist license.
- Concierge management services.
- Furnishing or changing the furniture in your property.
- Renovation works for every trade: painting, air conditioning, etc.
- We also have an expertise service allowing us to draft a scope of work for renovations to be carried out—whether necessary or preventative—for a property that interests you, in order to establish a GUARANTEE before your purchase.
- We support you with administrative formalities: residency applications, opening various utility contracts (WiFi, meters…), vehicle registration, insurance services, etc.
We possess a portfolio of properties exclusive to the agency, as well as access to an internal network shared by numerous collaborators. The properties fall into two categories:
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Presented through privileged commercial links, which give you access to all useful information for selected developments. More than 18,000 properties are for sale and cannot be all presented on the website. During our meetings, using a program updated weekly, we create a personal space for you with the selected developments. A top 10, top 20… you decide.
- Price lists updated daily by the developer (concept of “prices starting from…”)
- Plans, specifications, and special developer offers (M2, orientation, furniture or appliance packages included in the price)
- Delivery deadlines, payment methods, guarantees…
This gives you clarity, confidence and access to the best financing options available.
RESALE PROPERTIES (previously inhabited)
A selection allowing us to show you more than a dozen properties for sale during your prospecting trip. As in any sale, the ideal property can sometimes be sold before your arrival on-site; this access therefore allows us to show you other similar properties. We have access to the mandatory documents:
- Nota Simple, which is the “ID card” of the property: important information, registered owner, cadastral information, debts attached to the property (mortgages, judgments…)
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), building compliance, permits…
- How to act regarding EU 2030 standards, what are the advantages for our clients? What are the solutions?
